To receive the newsletters containing the latest special offers of your favourite stores, it is necessary to create your Kimbino account and to select the stores you want to be informed about.

Registration is very simple and fast:

• Just click on "Registration" (upper right corner)
• Enter your e-mail address and your password
• If you want to receive information about the latest special offers, click on "I would like to receive the newsletter and the special offers"
• Click on "Create Account" and that’s it :)

You can also fill in some additional data for us to be able to customize the leaflet offer and the discounts to your needs. You can also register using your Facebook account after clicking on "Register with Facebook".

Yes. Registration and delivery of selected leaflets by email are free. Your account is mainly used to manage subscriptions: you choose the favourite stores and city from which you want to receive new leaflets and special offers. You do not need to register simply to browse leaflets.

Please check whether you have selected the shops you want to subscribe to - you need to have the store(es) added to MY FAVOURITES (heart symbol). It is also possible that there are no new leaflets of your favourite shop(s) available at the moment. Check your “spam” or "promotions", the leaflets and special offers might be in those folders.

If you forget or lose your password, just click on "Forgotten password" (below the ” Log in with Facebook” icon). The e-mail for resetting your password will be sent to your e-mail. Check your e-mail for further instructions.

If you want to change your password, go to your account settings and click “Change Password”

No, it is not possible to change your email address. If you want to use a new e-mail address, it is necessary to create a new account again.

If you do not want to receive any information from any store anymore, you have two options:

• Search for a store, you don't want to receive any news, and click on the heart button (Remove from favourites)
• If you want to update your favourite list in bulk, you can do it in your account settings, when you are logged in to the “My Stores” section. Here you can remove a store from your favourites with a cross button.

If you delete a store from your favourites, we will no longer be able to send you newsletters from this store.

To log out, click on "My Account" and then "Log Out". If you want to unsubscribe from newsletters, you can do so by clicking on the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Yes. You can browse all leaflets on Kimbino.com.au without registering and without restrictions. An account is mainly required for additional features such as receiving new leaflets and offers by email.

Yes, browsing leaflets on Kimbino.com.au is completely free. You can use the website on a computer or in a mobile browser without registering or installing the app. The basic version of the mobile app is also free and contains ads. An optional paid subscription for ad-free use is available in the app.

No. Kimbino.com.au is not an online shop, and products cannot be ordered or purchased through this website. It is intended for browsing current leaflets, catalogues and discounted products free of charge.

No, leaflets available on Kimbino cannot be downloaded and viewed in PDF format.

No, Kimbino is not responsible for the printing and the distribution of leaflets. This service is provided by individual stores themselves. Kimbino tries to protect the environment and therefore provides a greener, faster and more comfortable way of browsing leaflets - online leaflets available at any time and anywhere.

We update the content daily and add a new leaflet as soon as the relevant retailer publishes it. Weekly promotions often start on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, but the exact day depends on the retailer. The validity dates are shown with every leaflet.

The validity period depends on the retailer and type of offer. Weekly leaflets usually run for about 5 to 7 days, short weekend promotions for less time, and seasonal or monthly catalogues for longer. The exact dates shown with each leaflet are always decisive. Once a leaflet expires, it is no longer displayed on the website.

You can find valid supermarket leaflets on the Kimbino.com.au homepage, in the hypermarket category or on the page of your chosen retailer. Offers from chains such as Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, IGA and Costco are available. The validity dates shown with each leaflet make it easy to see which promotions apply this week.

A forthcoming leaflet appears on Kimbino.com.au when the retailer publishes it in advance. Open the relevant retailer’s page and compare the validity dates of the available leaflets. If the next offer is already available, you will find it among that retailer’s latest leaflets.

Yes, on the website click on "City button", select your city and then you will see all leaflets from your location.

If desired city cannot be selected, please try to choose some nearest bigger city.

It is possible, there are no leaflets currently available for selected city or the selected store is not located in the city.

Some leaflet offers may vary by region or by individual store. Retailers adjust promotions based on product availability or local demand.

The Kimbino app is available for Android and iOS devices from Google Play, the App Store or Huawei AppGallery. There is no separate HarmonyOS app, and availability on some newer Huawei devices may depend on Google services and device settings.

Please check the region settings in your Google account. If Kimbino app is not allowed in the country you entered when creating your Google account, it may limit your access to the installation, regardless of the country you're currently staying in.

Yes, the app allows you to set up notifications so you never miss a discount from your favourite store. After installation, the app will automatically offer you the option to set up notifications. The second option is to set up notifications directly in the My Account - Notifications section.

Yes, at the very top of the homepage in the header, you can click on the flag, which will open “Location settings” and let you choose the country and city from which you want to view catalogues.

You can use Kimbino on a computer or in a mobile browser without installing the app. The mobile app is available for Android and iOS from Google Play, the App Store or Huawei AppGallery; there is no separate HarmonyOS version. It also lets you save loyalty cards, follow favourite stores and receive notifications about new leaflets.

Open the Kimbino app, select “Cards” from the menu:

• In the top right corner, click "Add card"
• Find the store to which the loyalty card belongs
• Scan the code or manually enter the card number
• Click “Add Card” and it is done :)

If the store you want to add your loyalty card from is not in the list, click on “Add your own card”, enter the “Card name”, and continue as you would when creating a regular online loyalty card.

Cards are sorted automatically in alphabetical order. You can mark your Favourite cards, which you use most often, so they appear at the top. Open the card details, in the top right corner there are three dots that show options to edit the card – click on “Add/remove from favourites.”
